Nothing up front. Churches usually cover travel and take a love offering; that is between you and Nathan.
How far ahead should we ask?
As soon as you know the date. Some Sundays fill fast, and tent meetings or trips take months to plan — an approximate window on the form is fine.
Will you train our people?
Yes. A good night is not the goal. The aim is disciples that make disciples, and followers that make followers.
